Define your personal space

Boundaries act as a protective barrier, helping you manage interactions and relationships in a way that respects your emotional and mental health.

Non confrontational interactions

Identifying what is most important to you and what disrupts your peace, whether it's negative influences, excessive demands on your time, or toxic relationships. Clearly communicate your limits to those around you, and remember that it's okay to say no without feeling guilty.

Self Awareness

Practicing self-awareness is key, as it allows you to recognize when your boundaries are being tested and to respond assertively. By honoring your boundaries, you create a safe space for yourself, fostering a sense of calm and balance in your life.

I can work with you one on one to move into that space between you and others that is intimidating.
